Programme:
Wednesday 19th November
10.00 am Meditation with Amma, Darshan (see below) until afternoon, spiritual music
19.30 pm - Inspirational talk, spiritual singing with Amma
21.00 pm - Darshan until after midnight, spiritual music

Thursday 20th November
10.00 am Meditation with Amma, Darshan until afternoon, spiritual music
18.30 pm - Inspirational talk and puja (a ceremony for the wellbeing of all)
20.30 pm - Devi Bhava Darshan (a special form of Darshan) until early morning, spiritual music and cultural programme

Darshan: Meeting Amma

Amma makes herself available to everyone who wants to meet her in person, comforting, consoling and uplifting thousands of people day after day. Holding each and everyone close to her heart in a tender embrace, Amma showers her boundless love on all, regardless of their beliefs, who they are or why they have come to her.

Through this simple yet powerful expression of unconditional love and acceptance, she is transforming the lives of countless people, allowing their hearts to blossom. In the past 30 years, Amma has hugged 26 million people from every corner of the globe.

Being with Amma is a wonderful opportunity to reconnect with your own spirit in the presence of one of the greatest souls of our time. Amma does not ask anyone to change their faith, but gently guides you to a deeper understanding and experience of your own true self. The meetings have a relaxed and festive flair. Everyone is welcome and will have the opportunity to receive Amma's embrace, known as Darshan.

You don't need to register in advance for the programme and you are welcome to be there for all or any part of the event. There is no admission charge for the event of for Darshan. If you would like to receive Amma's embrace, please collect a numbered Darshan token as you arrive so that you know when it is your turn to meet Amma. As there are often many people, this may mean waiting for some time.

Delicious vegetarian meals and snacks, books and other items will be for sale. All proceeds go to Amma's charities and donations toward these humanitarian projects are welcome. Child care will be available during the day. Please bring a cushion if you prefer sitting on the floor (chairs are also available).
