Br. Shubhamrita Visited Ireland July 2005
We had a wonderful gathering at the Clybaun Hotel in Galway when Br. Shubamrita led an evening of spiritualk activities centered around the teachings and life of Amma. The evening started with a short film about Amma's life, teachings and work including her work for Tsunami relief. The talk which followed was inspiring and humorous. Then we were treated to bhajan singing led by Br. Shubamrita and Hamsa, the audience participated wholeheartedly clapping and singing with enthusiasm even though many present had never sung bhajans before. The evening closed with a beautiful meditation.
Retreat in Townley Hall with Br Shubamrita 15th - 17th July
Br. Shubamrita led a weekend retreat in Townley Hall near Drogheda which was very well attended and enjoyed by all.
There were wonderful spiritual talks, meditations, question and answer sessions, bhajans & walks in nature, all of which created a very loving and pure atmosphere. Great vegetarian food was served throughout the weekend.
The venue is superb - a beautiful old house set in idyllic countryside with magnificent trees and parkland all around.
Participants went home renewed and refreshed.
