Satsangs
A Satsang is a spiritual gathering, focused on the enlivenment and upliftment of those participating through focusing on Divine presence. These Satsangs last about two hours and they follow a regular format as specified by Amma, which include meditation, singing beautiful devotional bhajans (songs) and chanting. It is also a chance to meet other people who are also focused on spiritual upliftment and Amma's message of love, service and inner awakening.Many of the Amma Ireland activities are organised through satsang groups around the country. Monthly bhajan practice sessions
(now in Cork and starting elsewhere soon) where we can all learn new devotional songs, perfect the ones we know, get used to singing out, learn to play your favourite bhajan on the harmonium, work on rhythm and develop your voice.
